The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The food here is affordable but still tasty, so you get great value for your money. You can expect top-notch service all around the hotel. 🌟

Very close to expressway so it was noisy. Didn't have the room I reserved. The room they put me in was dirty. Dusty and mold in bathroom. The air conditioner didn't work so they moved me. The second room also had mold in the bathroom, dusty and the sheets on the bed were to small and would come out during the night making it very uncomfortable. Also, they promised free wifi in each room which was intermittent and very slow. It was a $40/or so a night room not double that.

Everything the environment I was in we felt safe the employee were great as far as if any thing was needed. My choice when I need to get away.
Someone needs to offer special to frequent visors to keep them returning.

Close to where we needed to be.
- Wifi did not work. Staff tried to help but were unable to do so. -Our room was not serviced one day. Wouldn't really matter except there was a problem with the bedding which did not get resolved.

Nice tv. Working AC. It did it's purpose we checked in at 1am and checked out at 11 am, we just needed a place to shower and sleep.
Not many channels on the tv. Bed was hard. Staff was rude, he didn't really greet me. After I told him I had a reservation only thing he said was "name", "driver's license " "cash credit" "car model", he told me my room number and how to get to my room and thats it. It was quiet and awkward. I tried to make conversation but it was just not happening. The hotel is located next to the freeway so if you are easy disturbed by noise this will bother you. Noise woke me up a couple of times but it didn't to bother my husband.

We enjoy the service geared attitude of the hotel management and housekeeping staff.
We do not appreciate arriving for breakfast and all has been eaten by large bus loads of tourists and not replenished.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of food restaurants nearby and a short walk away from the popular Pomona swap meet. The property is also surprisingly quiet, considering its proximity to everything. The staff, especially Des at check-in and checkout, were very kind and helpful.
All was perfect.

it was nice that the staff wasn't super in your business and gave you your privacy. Maid service came each day. I really appreciated the good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
The room wasnt exactly clean, cigarette butts behind the fridge, everything was a bit old and falling apart. There was a shower cap stuffed inbeween the wall to close a gap to the floor above. etc. found an empty torch lighter tucked in the covers of my bed when i arrived the first night. very thin walls so i could hear everything happening in the rest of the hotel all night. overall not worth over $100 a night..

We liked the simple architecture of the motel, with sliding doors opening to balconies and terraces. With more furniture and well-planned landscaping, the pool area could be wonderful. The motel appears to be in a safe location, with dining within walking distance. Easy on / off to I-10 with truck parking.
The breakfast was very poor. They do not know how to hard boil eggs. Very cheap plates & bowls are provided, which buckled & collapsed with the contents. This is the only budget motel we've stayed where we were not allowed to take food (even a banana) to our room. My guest tripped & spilled hot tea on himself while trying to rise from a very cramped seating arrangement. The host used this "opportunity" to say, "see, that's why we do not allow food in the rooms." He said they allow drinks. Well, isn't tea a drink? It was clear he was not interested in the logic of his admonishment. On arrival that evening, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. We brought this to the attention of the cleaning staff & it was prepared within 20 minutes while we sat by the pool. Poor wi-fi signal.
